A really fun time, got up 4:45 am decided I needed to re vamp my Meningitis T Shirt so turned this into a V Neck at 5am ! All the cars were packed the night before and were ready to go! Sarah Lowe, Paul Jones from AXA were helping me along with Trudi Aimee (my daughter) and Sarah my God Daughter. Trudes collected Aims and they joined us later on. So it began and before we had a chance to even open a box ... we were surrounded by folk wanting to know what we had to offer, which was hectic and fun at the same time. Once set up we got breakfast MOST IMPORTANT! and off it went having a haggle or three along the way .... Louise and Maggy popped over to the car boot bringing some very delcious sausage sarnies which we scoffed as well!!!! so a huge thankyou girls, making it two lots of very naughty sarnies consumed in the morning! still all adds to the energy required for the event..... We made £148 from the car boot Aimee and Sarah went around with the bucket for donations which was great and added to the over all total, by the end of the day we had received another £30 in donations making the total to bank £178 !! YAY so we have reached our first £1000 of the target !!!! We are all delighted with the results and a huge thank you to everyone who helped us get this far !
